No matter what the weather is doing, strolling the sidewalks of this ancient city is a breeze with the covered porticos on all the major boulevards. The city is filled with 100,000 students and many of the streets are too small for a car to pass by. At twelve midnight we walked home and the cafes, restaurants and streets were filled with people.
